Home for the weekend

I'm home for the weekend and I won't be doing much besides washing, ironing (on a dirty ironing board cover http://fairybreadmusings.blogspot.com/2010/04/one-of-lifes-big-questions.html) and catching up with my reading on blogines.

Its been a long week, I'm not used to 55+ hours, I think my age is catching up with me. Night shift next week then it should ease off and I can get my life back with a healthier bank balance to show for my troubles!

Great to see you back.

55+ hours sounds tough. I used to work in a job where I worked 25 hours one week and 62.5 hours the next week, but because I got days off in the middle it didn't seem so bad. Not sure I could do it now!

Anything exciting happening on the crafting horizon?

Shevvy you [and Quilting in My Pyjamas thanks to your link to her blog] are making me take a good look at my ironing board cover. Gads
In addition, I have a 2' x 4' pressboard and I do change and/or launder that every year or so.
Wouldn't dare show you a pic of either. :^)
Hugs,
Gerry

Sorry ...my fault. I'm sure your ironing board cover is fine. It's just mine that was disgusting.
